Remark for The delivered goods are not what I agreed upon with the supplier( Wrong Goods,Damage Good

first picture was the picture send by supplier and compared to what i received and i compared with my old supplier product. totally different. event the capsule not fit properly in its sachets and i received many foils with empty sachets in it... some pills got damaged. this supplier totally fake. not good in interactions. i send many emails..but she dont reply. when reply she gives many excuses. and now when i asked for refund ..totally silent. i saw she online on website..but she dont reply.
