They give you fake tracking number and will tell you every week a different story why it is not working. Never again.

Opinion for trustworthy supplier

i have dealt with this company through their web site at least six times. every time they have done me well. they respond to emails quickly and the one time that there was a problem they MORE than made up for it on the next transaction. in my opinion you will not find a better source in any country. i have sent funds to them with Western Union each time so no problem with that.

Remark for great service. only quality products

I have received a few orders from Macro Mass. I have always received exactly what I ordered. My packages always arrived in a week or less, all the way from Pakistan. I had a few items missing in one order. After contacting customer service, I was sent my missing items and a few extra items. Showing me this company is completely legit, and handle there customers with quality service, and class. The prices are more than resonable, and consistant, with no tricks, or dishonesty. I have tried other companys and individuals on the internet in the past, only to be ripped off and misled. This is not something I ever worry about, when ordering from Macro Mass. This is for sure a great, and honest company. Trust me when I say you'll have nothing to worry about when ordering from Macro Mass. Give them a try, you'll definetly be back. If there is ever a problem with product quality. The product will be removed from there site immediatly, and they will do what they need to, to rectify the problem. This is how I've always seen them respond to any quality issues. If you want to order any of there products go for it, no need to worry. You'll see what I'm talking about. Happy shopping.
