CHINA WOFOTO GROUP CO., LIMITED reviews

Do not use this supplier if you are looking for customer service, or if there is a problem and you need help. I asked for very specific MCCBs and I was told they were able to supply them. The price was a little high, but my customer was desperate. The lead time ended up being double what I was quoted, and when my USD $3000 worth of goods arrived, some were damaged, and all of the items had come out of their packaging and were all over the place. I have not gotten a response until today. The manager Vincent Mei said it was the sales persons fault and they no longer worked there so I should contact her. His name is the only one on the invoice and so is WOFOTO, so why should I contact a sales person when I paid my money to WOFOTO authorized by VINCENT MEI. Bottom line is WOFOTO IS A SCAM. They might send you products, but they will be damaged and not what you requested.
