Response for JUSTAR are a Rip-off company

This company has ripped me off.
I ordered cartridges for Xerox Docucolor 250. Between product and shipping I paid over $470. The cartridges I received we completely different to those requested. I have asked for my money back (Including shipping costs). However company refuses to refund me without me shipping the incorrect cartridges back to them. I have no use for these cartridges and will happily send them back - but I will not pay shipping. It is obvious that this company is involved in fraud and know exactly what they are doing. I would advise anyone against having any dealings with them. I will write to all of the trade magazines about this rip off company. I dealt with someone called Charlene [email protected]
