Opinion for Order for Iphone 3gs

I was guaranteed that the phone I was ordering was 100% apple product and could be synced with apple Itunes and running latest version of Apple Firmware. However when said Item came in product is 100% FAKE Iphone Clone. I have supporting documentation to prove that he guaranteed the authenticity of his phones and all claims.
I was guaranteed I can get refund on product and all were authentic and many more emails to back up my claims

I placed an order after I was told that they sold authentic iPhones... they are cheep copies. They sent me copies of the iphone until I sent the money. I was told that I would receive a tracking number from DHL and when I didn't receive my tracking number, I contacted the representative... she gave me the tracking number in just a few seconds... I check the tracking number and there was no such number - I contacted PayPal and stopped payment on the order! They claim that the order was already shipped, however, I have not received the order nor has DHL have any record of tracking number!
