View for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I ordered a fast t jet 2 direct to garment printer and heat press from zhonghai import & export trade co.ltd in the month of march. The contact persons name is Queeni. I paid for the items on march 5 2013 by western union. As of today I still have not received my items and I have tried to contact the supplier for a while now and they won't answer me they are ignoring my response.
