Critique for Fraud, not shipping what you pay for

Dear Tradekey
We would like to submit a full fraud complain against this seller.
They do not ship what you pay for, and when you complain about it they just talk and talk about its shipping company fault and they wont ship what you paid for.
We ordered 2 WII consoles from them but they send us something strange called a VII , we have no idea what it is.
Attached is our email talk with a guy called Terry Lau, including Moneygram receipts and the company's logo.
Please report back what action you will take against this fraud seller.
