hi, i spoke witth the manager Mr. Liyang Deng (Director) about the refund of my money, i'm from ecuador, my name javier monteros and my city is Quito, my mail is [email protected], and this company sold me 15 dell monitor, and those never comes to my country, just one and the director offer me 3 moths ago refund me my money like 1000usd and nothing, that person is a cheater and scrammer, dont believe in that asshole!!!!!!!!!! i'l never see again my money, i hate this company with my whole soul...........rats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent money to the address the sales man of the company gave me and after a week made contect again to know what is going with the shipping of the product. The sales man said that their email was stolen and that I paid to the man who stole the email. The sales man said he would help me but than he too disapeared. THIS COMPANY IS A FAKE!!! DO NOT MAKE ANY BUSINESS WITH IT!!!

Hello there, I am very new to the tradekey website and have noticed here in California and on ebay site since the new hands-free device law in California hit that blue tooth items were selling like hotcakes. The item i wanted to order was the Jawbone blue tooth. So after finding your website signing up, and finding yuanhongtrade\'s sell offer i was able to find their website through your website. On their website currently it only shows one salesman with an msn icon. On the day i was there and \"ordered\" my jawbone samples there was a listing of Salesman 1, Salesman 2, and so on up to salesman 5. So as a very excited and hoping that I found a real China based wholesaler of the products I clicked on salesman one which in turn with the latest version of my msn messenger added him/her a person named Liyang to my msn messenger contacts list. No one appeared online so that meant that person must of been off duty or busy or whatever but i waited about 15 mins to see if worked while i perrused the rest of the site to see what type of items they have, and they show plenty of pictures of all types of electronics. I do notice though that the jawbone pictures have also been removed since i have been trying to deal with them by the way. Next I added salesman two who\'s email differed only slighty from the first. [email protected] is salesman\'s 2 address. while salesman 1 is yuanhongtrade.com. So obvioulsy i figured still since i got it from there website it was still the \"same\" company which i am almost certain that it is. well i will be attaching a word document that has had almost everything copied or pasted word for word with my dealings with Liyang, the one email correspondence from the owner of the website Mr. Zhu, and I have no doubt this is a conman and these people should be removed from your website. I hope you don\'t let them stay on and tarnish ur website as they are strait up conmen and tried to get me to order more product from them and refuse to take any reponsibility for their very own website. Basically it\'s a 145.00 gamble plus western union fees i took but I am looking for your help here to at least remove what is a cancer to your website. Thank you and feel free to email me back with any questions as this only has a 1000 characthers min and i cut out a lot of story to make sure it all fit.
