Do NOT deal with these people as they will SCAM you out of your money. I sent them $1500 and received nothing 4 weeks later. They avoid calls and emails when trying to reach them! DO NOT be fall victim to them like I did as they pose as a large company but infact are fraudsters!

We ordered from this company a while ago and we have yet to receive our product it has been 4 months already and they won't answer emails. Avoid this company.

I ordered a product from Yuanchen Chemical coprporation. I sent them $1485 USD on Sep 8, 2008, through western union. They told me it would take 5 days for my order to get to the USA. It has now been 15 days. They keep telling me through email that they keep checking with their shipping dept and they have shipped the order. They say I should have received the order already. I have not recevided the order and they will not give me a DHL shipping tracking number to verify they have shipped the order. I have asked them for a DHL tracking number more than 5 times. I feel they are scammers and are conducting business fraudulently. I have been emailing with Jessie Chen at [email protected]. The western union was picked up by Zhandong Chen in Bejing city. china. I am attaching a copy of the western union receipt in word document. Please Advise.
