Evaluation for claim for the oxygen sensor for Mazda 6

This company provides godd service as for getting order and money.
But they don\\\'t want to answer customer if their product doesn\\\'t work. I ordered oxygen sensor, installed it but it wasn\\\'t work. Testing reports that sensor is out of order. There was a label on the sensor: \\\"NTK\\\" and \\\"made in Japan\\\".
I spent a lot of money, much more than the cost of the sensor to install it and to test the car lately.
The sales person of the company became deaf immediately right after reiceve my claim.
I recommend all customer NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE.
