i have a dispute with Yiwu Habo Jewellery. I ordered some fashion jewellery as product samples from them and when they arrived, they were defective. 3 out of 4 necklaces were broken, with disconnected jump rings. One was even broken into many small pieces. One of the bracelets was also slightly different from the photo i was shown prior to ordering. I contacted the company rep, Fiona Xu and even emailed her photos of the damaged necklaces as evidence. I requested for a refund as the goods were damaged. Fiona insisted that the products were not defective and told me it was not an issue and told me to fix them myself! What a terrible attitude to shriek responsibility and made it my problem to fix their broken products myself. She even claimed that the crystals on their necklaces did not fall out hence their products were of good quality. What a statement to make. Does not good quality refer to the whole necklace condition including the chain rather than just the crystals? The chains should be intact when customers receive them. This obviously means that their products are of inferior quality if they come apart so easily. As for the bracelet being slightly different from the one on their website, she only apologised for a different mold being used and did not highlight to me. Is it right to sell me a product different from the one I ordered? Please take action against this company with inferior products and bad service yet claim that their products are of high quality. Please advise how to settle this dispute. I want a refund.
