I placed my first order via trade key with Jason of Yiwu Fubu Jewellery. As a first time customer I was very wary about using a new company and making an order online however I am very happy with the service that this company provides.
The products I ordered arrived promptly to my UK address. Jason kept in regular contact with me via email and updated me with DHL tracking numbers throughout the delivery. I was very pleased to receive prompt replys to my emails as this put my mind at ease about receiving the order!
Overall I am vey happy with the service that both Jason and this company have provided and would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Report for FRAUD

I am a free member of Tradekey.com. I placed a add on tradekey: Wanting to buy Glass Rhinestones and Gemstones. The seller contacted me saying they sold the glass stones I was looking for. We started emailing each other 6/2009 i sent pictures of what I was looking to buy & the price. The seller said she had them. Below I have attached a picutre of what I was looking to buy & 3 other pictures of the sizes she sent & the sizes I was looking for. The ones I recieved were huge, PLASTIC, with NO foiled backs. I asked for GLASS Stones 8mm or smaller. I asked for a refund or replace the stones with the ones they assured me the first time. I recieved a email from the seller saying they would replace me. Than never heard from the again. I have emails and Paypal receipt to proof this. I just do not know how to get it in this report. I will keep all this information, if you would like to see the proof you can email me with your return email address I will forward it all to you. Buyer please be careful this company is NOT HONEST.
