I bought ugg boots from Yangtze Apparel & Trading Co, Ltd and did not recieve them. I made the payment and then didn't recieve the product. I have tried to contact the seller named VIC but he doest reply back. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD.

I placed an order with this company and the man Victor has stolen my money and not sent me anything. I am very disappointed and upset by this. I thought that I was dealing with an honest seller. Here is the email of the order that I placed with him:

Observation for Never Got my Products!

The communication started out good while discussing prices. Once the order was placed and was given a tracking number that actually wasn't even for me cause it went to the wrong address in a different state. Sent 5 emails before he responded that he would check and see what happened. Still no other word! Can't be trusted! Took my money and i never got anything! Will NOT ever do business with this company again!

I bought 2 Ed Hardy bags from Victor and this company and made payment through Moneygram. The payment was picked up but I never received the bags!! I have made several attempts to contact Vicotr and Yangtze Apparel but have had no reply from them.

dear sirs,
i have contacted this seller through your website - agreed to buy one pair of louboutin shoes, paid the money in full and given a tracking number for shipment from the seller mr victor.
but as i tried to track my package from the ems website, i was given an error message indicating that there were no shipment under this number. i immediately contacted the seller, informed him about the situation and asked for a valid tracking number and/or info on whereabouts of my package. as i received neighter the good, nor a satisfying answer (other than i will check) after many contact attempts i tried to place a call - and to my surprise the number was not functioning, i can not understand what the operator says in chinese but what i know is that i can not get through.
what solution can you offer regarding this problem?
if you can give me an email adress, i can forward you all of our conversations.

I sent this seller 350$ and have received NO handbags!! He gave me fake tracking numbers to other states none that are even close to my state. Please don't ever give him any of your money he is a lier and a thief.....I want my 350$ asap..He hasn't responed to any of my emails telling me why he lied to me and explain why he did what he did. Do not trust him....

Professional, courteous, imformative, helpful, honest, are the words that come to mind when dealing with Yangtze Apparel&Trading Co,Ltd.
Their staff went out of their way in making sure I got exactly what I was looking for.
On receiving my sample pair of Ugg Boots, I was very happy that they are indeed Authentic Uggs and of a high quallity and standard.
The courier service, China Courier Service Corporation, was very fast, taking only 4days to reach New Zealand.
Yangtze Apparel constantly sent me emails with the tracking system to keep me informed as to the parcels destination, and I could check as well.
Dealing with this company was a good experience and I enjoyed their friendliness and great sense of humour. We will be definatly dong business with Yangtze Apparel again.
They communicate in good English as well which makes it easier for some of us Kiwis that dont speak other languages!
You will not be dissappointed in dealing with this company.
They come highly reccommended!
