The representative of the company put many efforts to force me to order, I hesitated but she said they are the company whom i can trust( It was a GOLD MEMBER). We paid extra for DHL UPS deilvery. Company charged $55 USD dollars. Instead they used regular MAIL. They gave us a fake Tracking Number (RA267731957CN) using http://intmail.183.com.cn/item/trace/itemTraceAction.do . This tracking number belongs to another company not theirs. The seller (Anna Yu) emailed daily and sometime twice or more in a day before I placed order with her. She promised 3-7 days delivery. I paid her on Jan. 10, 2012 and still have not received the products. Now I have to email her twice sometimes just to get a response. I have asked her for refund and she does not even respond to that request. Just keeps on telling me that she will contact the express company. I would like to get the refund and have this seller\\\'s credibility shown on its profile page so they cannot deceive any other buyer. Thank you.
