Good quality goods with a very reasonable shipping time to canada about 8 days excellent seller would recommend to anyone.

Evaluation for stole my goods that sent back as refund / sold fake phones and refused refund

A few weeks ago i bought 2 phones of a chinese company from tradekey 'Sears International trade co.ltd' www.Lg668.com
Allegedy a 'nokia n95' and 'an apple iphone'.
(the sales rep nicole just told me to send payment on paypal, never sent invoices!)
However these both turned out to be fakes!! The company, run by a Mr Yukun lin, however refused to give me a refund!!
They said if i sent the phones back they would just keep them!!!!
They said all they would do is sned me a pair of genuine gucci shoes for free!!
(so i accepted as this was better than no compensation watsoever i thought...)
However they sent 4sizes bigger than the 1 i had asked for!!!
I then had to pay to have them sent back to china so i could get a refund or correct size shoes!
However that was over 2weeks ago, i have even showed the company msn rep, who goes by the name of Nicole, a photo of this recipt!!
But now the boss is refusing to offer me refunds for the products!!
I would like the Chinese police to be involved as this company is scamming 1000s of peopel and ripping off 100s of major brands!!
And would also be very concerned and confused if they were not blacklisted and banned by tradekey..
