Critique for Product Dispute

I am having a real problem with Owen Ge at Xinde Optical. Placed an order last September and had two issues that have not been resolved. 1) Short a few scopes and 2) 8 out if 19 CQ/T scopes have major manufacturing defect (see Photos) All the eight scopes have major amounts of dirt and debri on the inside of the lens that can not be cleaned off. The problem is NOT that the items have manufacturering defects because that can happen to anyone. The real problem is there is NO support to correct the issue. I had broken one of the 8 scopes trying to correct the problem so I am trying to return 7 scopes. I have written four different e-mails (10/20)08, 10/28/08, 10/31/08, and 11/03/08) asking to get a return address so I can ship back and get a credit but absolutely NO customer support. Looks like am going to be out close to $1000 but others should be aware that this is the kind of service you will get when purchasing from Xinde Optical.
