ANDY QIAN OR A PERSON USING THIS NAME HAS BEEN PAID 540 USD FOR THREE WII CONSOLES - 180 USD PER WII THROUGH WESTERN UNION INCLUDING WU FEES THE TOTAL I PAID WAS £311.61. I CONTACTED HIM AND MANY OTHER COMPANIES FROM YOUR WEB SITE ON THE 5/1/07. THE PAYMENT WAS SENT THROUGH WESTERN UNUION AS AGREED TO: western union infors: The first name : dehua , last name : qian City : putian , province : fujian , country : china Zip : 351100 I DID THIS BY TELEPHONE AND RECIEVED A RECEIPT BY POST FROM WESTERN UNION FOR THE PAYMENT MADE THROUGH THEM ON THE 11/1/07 I BELIEVED THE PAYMENT WAS BEING SENT TO ANDY QIAN. HE TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER AND MY GOODS IN 7 DAYS. AFTER I PESTERD HIM FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER I FOUND THAT WHEN I TRACKED IT ON EMS IT DOES NOT EXIST. I HAVE SINCE SENT MANY EMAILS TO ANDY RE THIS AND BEEN ON MSN CHAT BUT NO REPLY HAS BEEN RECEIVED I SAID I WOULD COMPLAIN BUT HE STILL HAS NOT GOT BACK TO ME. HE HAS TOOK MY MONEY AND SENT A FALSE TRACKING NUMBER. HE IN MY OPINION HAS NO INTENTION OF SENDING ME THE GOODS I HAVE PAID FOR. WHEN HE ANSWERS THE PHONE HE PRETENDS HE DOESNT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH BUT HE DOES SPEAK SOME. I HAVE ALL HIS AND MY EMAILS WHICH I CAN EMAIL AGAIN TO YOU. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SEND YOU ANY PRODUCTS. Andy sounds so nice but as soon as you send him the Western Union he will not contact you again. He will give you a tracking number but there is nothing to track!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!

I dealt with Andy from Xiaotang Trading company. I ordered four bags that were to be AAA+ leather bags and I received four plastic bags! I'm very dissapointed with the product!

the person who i dealt with was Mr Andy qian but his chinese name was Zhihong zhang below i have attached is the proof that i purchased goods of this company. Dates till complete of transaction on the 28/11/06 i recieved reply by him and discussions started about products, icontacted him everyday until the 1st/12/06 when i completed my transaction through western union but the next day and until now i have tried contacting him but no replies. i have confirmation emails from western union of transaction taken place. please contact me soon

After numerous attempts to contact this company after sending them £250.04 for a ps3, they have cut off all communications. I have set up another email account and am able to contact them when i dont tell them who i am, Howver when i make contact through the address that they know i have they refuse to talk even when i know they are on line. The money was sent to them on 28/11/06 Please can you contact me to let me know what action you will take.
