Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

is a FRAUD company.
We had a confirmed order for 35,712 Christmas tumblers with recipe cards with XIAMEN EASYHOMEWARE CO LTD.
The company had 6 months to fulfill the quantity, they declared they have produced just 18,000 tumblers in September, no recipe cards.
After an extra month they still declared just 18,000 produced, no recipe cards, but they never sent us any samples from production. We couldn't wait any longer to meet our customer's deadline, so we made an arrangement to get at least what had been produced and to arrange air shipment, we needed to pay in advance.
We already paid 30% deposit, so we paid the balance at the day the shipment was to be picked up by our forwarder.
The forwarder reported, nothing had been produced.
We lost our customer because of cancelling the order at that last second and we have tried for the past month to get
some money back from XIAMEN EASYHOMEWARE CO LTD. They have been promising ever since, and never quite manage to make the refund.
Please help us to resolve the issue.
