The problems with this company are too many too name. I have been dealing with Dennis Yan AKA Yan Bang Gan. I first started dealing with him through They took my money in December and promised delivery in late January. SO far I paid them over 60,000. I received the items late March only to find that I don't have EVEN ONE COMPLETE SET. They did not wrap many items and they damaged them prior to loading by dragging them across the carpet. As a result, almost every piece I have is imperfect. They made the wrong colors and wrong pieces for sets. They made the wrong cushions for my sofas. They charged me for items that were not even in my shipment by giving me an inaccurate bill of lading. They sent the items in the most disorganized way possible and it took 8 people 3 days to sort them. They were supposed to send boxes but they didn't. This cost us about 5-6,000 USD. The list goes on and on. Now, to make matters worse..this company is ignoring me and wont answer my questions about the 3 containers they have yet to ship! I will have to make copies of my bank wires and emails.
