We, hereinafter “VarTechAuto” (https://vartech.kz/ ) company, Almaty City, Republic of Kazakhstan in March, 2020 established business relations with Chinese Wuxi JiaBoRui Special Steel Co. Ltd. (http://www.wxjbr88.cn/) (https://jiaborui.en.alibaba.com/) to buy stainless steel coil to produce tubes. After that we ordered and payed for 52 tons of coil which is equal to two 20’containers. However, the Chinese company appeared as an undecane Supplier. As a result, 4,5 tons of goods were lacking. After the two consignments arrived in Almaty it was revealed that the real amount of coil was 47,5 tons only. We have a video which can prove this fact. Nevertheless, the Supplier did not recognize the short loading. At the same time, he agreed that while loading the 544 kilograms amount was not loaded. But the supplier did not warn us. Now even this sum he is not willing to pay. Taking into consideration this incident our company is going to settle the dispute in an amicable way but the Supplier avoids any contact with us and doesn’t want to return the money. It is well known that while picking up the goods in addition to the purchase price we also payed the customs fee and all the relevant taxes. The conclusion regarding the above-mentioned company is as follows: short loading has already become a habitual behavior of the Chinese Wuxi JiaBoRui Special Steel Co. Ltd. JiaBoRui company is a fraudulent company. Though it is engaged in export business it is quite impossible to deal with this company. We declare that this company corrupts the reputation of other Chinese descent companies and is subject to confiscation its export license.
