Remark for Sooria Had not Contacted Me Since My Payment

I had called him many times, emailed him many times, YM him, left messages in his voice mail twice since I paid him US$1,500 on Feb 10, 2013 via Western Union, but he has not responded. But I am sur he is still alive because I saw him online in yahoo messenger 3 hours ago. Chatted him but he did not reply.
I do not know if he just scammed me or not. But he has not given me any data for my orders, no Master Airway Bill, no airline, no revised invoice.
I hope he replies when he reads this.
