Observation for FRAUD

Mr. Perry and Mr. Banny have accepted my payment for machine in full. Now they say they have never received my payment and won't ship machine. This is FRAUD and EXTORTION on international level.
Lihong Machine and Ruina Lihong Machinery has cheated good American customer out of thousands of dollars and
needs prosecuted.
We appreciate you help to investigate this FRAUDULENT Company to prevent them from cheating other buyers.
