We bought an i-pod from this company and their answer was very quick. We paid them through Western Union and when we received the phone, we found out that the phone is faulty. Touch screen didn't work at all. We wrote numerous messages to the company asking for the replacement of the phone and finally sent the mobile on the address which was on their website. That address was not right because the phone has been returned to us after several months. We sent this company (Amy Smith) about twenty messages to send us the right address so we can send phone for repalacement, but till today it was not one response. We sent also e-mails through you, but it was not one single response. The only quick response we had when they asked for payment on the beginning of this unpleasant story. I rang them about ten times (direct phone and mobile of Amy Smith), but the operator says that they are not contactable.So, they don't have the right address, the phone is not working and they don't respond to the e-mails. They only receive money. I am hugely dissapointed and I would appreciate if you stop this company from cheating to other people. Predrag Urosevic p.s. This company is advertising an apple iphone for sale. The only problem is that the iphone does not support java in any way which makes the product deceptive and false.

At first this company were great to deal with, Amy (Sales Manager) replied very quickly with lots of useful information, however when I asked if the product I was buying was Original Apple iphone, she reasured me they were. So I placed an order, after they received my money she then confirmed infact the phones were copies not originals. So I immediately arranged for the phones to be returned this was 18th of December, and on the 28th January I still have not received my money back, and I do not believe there was ever a chance I was getting my money back. If anyone requires proof feel free to contact me I will provide all email correspondence. Posting this was very much a last resort.

Amy at Weimei sold me a new Nokia N97 phone. What arrived looked much like one, but only had 1MB of memory rather than the advertised 32GB -- that's right 1MB. I've attached a photo showing the available internal memory. Also the phone arrived in obviously used condition. It had the battery already inserted. It had a Chinese SIM card installed, and it came without CD-ROMs or the user manual. It was also not running Nokia's software -- it didn't have the applications for WiFi support, GPS support, or any of the other N97 features.
