ICPO with soft probe and then contracts are signed.

Before the Financial Instrument is issued the buyer will get a copy of the allocation letter from the refinery with
the allocation number.

The name of the refinery and the refinery code will be removed and this will be given once the conditional
financial instrument has been agreed.

The Financial Instrument is put in place for one months shipment which is standard for a twelve month refinery contract but the instrument is only drawn down when each shipment takes place.

When each shipment is delivered the seller is paid and intermediaries paid the commissions at the same time.

Shipment within 15 days to 21 days.

Between 1million bbl to 5million bbl posible quantities monthly and may be able to increase the JP54 quantity should
