Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Hello,
I want to start with the statement, that I have a lot more evidence, but your system doesnn't accept PDF files, so please let me know if I can email you more info via PDF.
Your system only accepts 6 Jpg files, so I couldn't send more info.
I contacted this seller to buy toys. They told me that I can pay $150 deposit and the rest after the delivery. After I paid $150 they said that they need $130 more to send my shippment and the rest after the delivery. I sent both payments, but haven\'t heard from them since I sent it last week. Please let me know what can be done.
