This is a scam. Demand a fee for insurance and bank charges. After paying to come up with additional fees and eventually refer you to United Trust Bank in UK. From there, you communicate that you open an account from which you can transfer the money. Website is a fake. This is only an imperfect copy. Account, of course, and there never is it can get.
