Procedures,
1) ICPO with banking(No Probe)
2) FCO Issued, Counter Signed, Scanned and returned via email
3) Draft Contract Issued, Ammended with Omissions in strikethrough and additions in RED (failure to comply will result in rejection of contract and DNE listing), sign, PDF and return.
4) Final Contract issued by Seller PDF to be printed, initialled, signed,
scanned and emailed back and lodged at respective banks.
5) Buyer Bank issue a non-operative instrument as per contract
6) Seller issues 2% Performance Bond, First vessel Name and Warehouse
Receipt which makes instrument operative
7) Loading and shipment of product within 15 days of operative instrument
