Evaluation for Defctive products and refusal to resolve

This company made alot of promises, breached contracts, comitted fraud, delivered everything late, quality was horrible and now are refusing to take their defective items back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Other complaints from other entities are available upon request. Not only are they refusing return of product, but threatening a law suit as well.
