Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

After order and payment was made Cathy Zhu confirmed that the money was received and promised that the goods will be shiped shortly.
we have not recieved anything in the following weeks to months and she kept on promising to send the goods, after which she broke all communication with us. I got in contact with one of her associates who also could not get her to get in to contact with us.
We later found that the company address, tel nr's and all info on the company is fraudulent. Cathy is gone with my money and goods!

hello, I am sending you the proof of payment I did a month for the purchase of 100 sirens and 10 GPRS systems and have spent many days and I have not heard anything from that company (Udeal Technology CO., LTD. ) I hope you can help me with this problem. thank you very much
