Remark for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Dear Madam / Sir,
Ms. Judy Park which represents UC World Korea company has contacted me via TradeKey after seeing one of our Buying Leads on Trade Key in which we posted that we are looking for tyre casings and used tyres.
Seeing the company has 3000 trust points on Tradekey,
2 websites and also registered on other B2B portals, I have started a long conversation from beginning of September until the end of October.
We have made the payment on 9th of November, we received the confirmation that the money entered in their account, but they haven`t reply since then, two weeks have passed.
Also, their telephone number doesn`t work and cannot contact them by other means except email.
I cannot attach any doc. or pdf. filles with our communication records because of your upload file system, but I will send them on the following email address: [email protected]
I really need an answer from them.
