Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

FRAUDSTERS!!!
I payed them by the invoice (find enclosed to this table), but they said that they could not send me the order, then I asked to send my money back(do a refund), they said I should wait for 1 month.
Then I wrote again and Mr. Syed Nasser answered that he "talked" with "board of directors" and they told him that they dont want to do a refund because I ordered not enough items.
Be careful dealing with those guys from TRONIX LIMITED.
Hope someone will see this.

hallo sir my Name is musse am from switzerland. I have a Problem i ordered Iphones from a Company Name Tronix Limited the are untrustworthy Company and very good organized the take money from peaple and dont send the orders. the chef Name is SYED UMAIR NASEER i talk whit him he say i can trust him.... i send him 1000 Chf he send me the tracking numer http://www.wsclls.com/ Tracking numer 839939283272.Now he change the phone number i dont no what to do, hope you can help me thank you.

I ordered 10 BB-8 DROIDS Sphero starwars for sample and as I send you the image of communication with Tronix Ltd, and proof of payment, I sent the money with shipping fee and he sent me a fake DHL reciept and never answer my call or anytihng. He also has a eBay account and retail shop in UK. http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Tronix-Computers.
