Feedback for Bait and Switch: FRAUD

We received an offer to supply our Buyers with real and authentic Mobile Phones. We accepted and asked for all terms and conditions. It was agreed that we would take a small order first, and would pay 30% or $1000 with the balance being paid at delivery to my Buyer's address. When those T&C were accepted, I sent the money as requested.
Then, after the second day, and on the date they were suppose to ship the goods, Lou Michael, said that they wanted ALL of the money otherwise they could not ship the goods as promised. Naturally we were very upset and asked for our money to be returned. But to this day, no money has been returned to us.
We feel this is fraud and would like for these people to be stopped from SCAMMING us and other people too.

GeMr. Gerry was always very quick to get back to me when we were dicussing payment, I then paid for my items in good faith and never got them. I was given a false ems tracking number which I have attached, and now GeMr. Gerry wont get back to me but he will email my husband back on another account to sell him something.
This company is a scam, they messed me around completely!

HI I purchases 2 canon cameras from this seller for the sum of $1160.00 U.S$ I payed by paypal but I have not received the items I have called this seller by phone and he sad that it was not him that sold me the cameras.They will not return my emails but I have over 40 emails from this person he is GeMr. Gerry his email address is [email protected] he has given me 2 tracking numbers EE365554655CN that was the first one but he sad that it came back to China then he gave me this one EE335398009CN so I called EMS tracking by phone and the numbers that he gave me where not right and not given out this is what he sent me by email Contact Person: Mr. Gerry Ge (Business Development Manager)

The time for the transaction was 2 days I DID GO BY YOUR TRUST POINTS OF 3000 that he has I have reported it to paypal but he has not returned there email so this is where I at now I don't Know how to attach my emails that I have if you can let me know how that will be great
