View for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I contacted the seller through tradekey. After that i have ordered the items and made the payment. The payment was made on july 13 and it was picked up by the supplier on july 17. After that i got a reply that it will be shipped on july 23. After that despite sending so many emails i have not been able to be in touch with supplier.
