Feedback for The delivered goods are not what I agreed upon with the supplier( Wrong Goods,Damage Go

we order total 1500pcs TSA-209 from this supplier , but the quality not match with samples. samples are origianl and new but that 1500pcs are used and some of them was damage.
when we complaint with supplier, and discuss how to send back the goods, supplier\\\'s mobile power off and we can\\\'t reach him! and also their address is fake!
