View for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I found this supplier through Tradekey and the contact person in Titan Auto Center is Billy Cristo. We agreed on the price and payment through e-mail. 30% deposit was paid and Billy confirmed by e-mail the item has been shipped out and he even sent me the fake shipping company with tracking number. He requested me to settle the balance 70% payment and I refused but I paid him the 2nd payment US$1051. Finally nothing has been received and I couldn\'t find hime by e-mail or phone call.
