They sent me another item that is most cheaper, and was not what I want it. They sent me a Tacho pro, instead of the USA PROG, we agreed.

Co., Ltd. They still have not returned my money 350$ Our negotiations with
this company switched to insults and threats. I paid them 07/13/2011
Now I\'m writing you for help and give me solutions on how to deal with
such companies?

13/07/2011 I transferred the money to the director of the company Yangrong Chen for the purchase of one SDconnect C4
after receiving the money manager Belinda Chen promised to give me a number of cargo DHL.today 07/18/2011 and so far I have not received a reply from this company.
they do not respond to my letters and phone calls
I have a receipt Western Union na worth 384 $
I have all the correspondence with the manager Belinda Chan
I have all her e-mail offers
We ask you to deal with this problem with this company
I met with the company on your site
I would buy from you but they said that it is better through Western Union because they did not want to pay you interest
