Observation for Fraud

This seller cheated me, at the beginning he was very kind, then I send him the money thru money gram and after that he told me that the products will be here in about 5 or 6 days, and it has been almost a month and I don't have them, he doesn't even gave me the tracking number, for me to track the package, now
he doesn't reply to my emails and ignores me when I ping him on msn.
now I went to his tradekey profile and SURPRISE he changed his name (before it was mark according to sona88.com, now is Kim Knight in trade key profile) and his web site (it was www.sona88.com now is www.aaacasual.com) attached is the quotation I received from tradekey and look, the info there is not the same he has in his profile now.
attached is all communication we had via email (his emal is [email protected]) and the money gram receipt (receipt is in spanish because is the native language in my country), it was $150.
