Dear Sirs, About three months ago the following supplier was introduced to us for buying Aluminium Oxide : TIANJIN LONG XIANG YUAN IMPORT & EXPORT TRADING CO.,LTD. ADDRESS: Room 3038, No.16, lasa Road, Heping District, Tianjin, China TEL:+86-022-58653735 FAX:+86-022-24180078 We contacted the supplier ([email protected]) and ordered 24 M/T of the material to him. Our customer paid 30% of the order value as down payment. After a while the supplier mailed us the copy of a B/L and asked for the remaining 70%. We transferred the rest to the company\\\'s account and asked for the original shipping document. Despite several requests, we have not received the said documents, which are very necessary for getting the warehouse receipt from the transport company and releasing the goods from the Customs. On the other hand, we could not locate the whereabouts of the cargo, because the shipping company could not verify the B/L No. and genuinity of the B/L.
