Review for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

i couldn't attach proper documents for ack bank slipper and and proforma invoice as it shows image dimension should be less than 1024x768 .
but about the case their sales woman named ada contacted me early in january and we agreed to send us samples and after we satisfied on their quality we have sent the down payment equal to 8640 $ and after that we hadn\\\'t any contact from them .
i will send the proper documents on the email of Mr IRFAN Adil.
please help me to get either our down payment or the consigment
