This seller has never sent all product paid for via bank transfer. 12 pcs were to be shipped to me and I only received 2 pcs, seller claims that shipping company unwrapped package, took 10 of them and shipped me the other 2??? The only 2 I received are not right items as well, he has verified the mistake on his end, but has not attempted to correct.I have pictures and packing slip available. Details of case have already been reported (Trade Key Case #RQT-641025).

Purchased 12 NIntendo Wii pal version consoles with 6 extra controllers and 140 games for US$1,528.00 Today we received only 3 consoles and nothing else. The consoles we received are ntsc version and are not suitable for use in Australia and we were promised that they would be. We have not had contact from the seller for 3 days and cannot raise him on the numbers he has listed on Tradekey

i was wondering if you could assist me i made a payment to thise seller but there has been nno reply or any times from them and has been 3 weeks now i have contacted the user many times but they seem to not be replying back to my emails. can you please tell me what i can do and is there any chance of me getting my money back because i paid 800 usd .

View for Techronix is a FRAUD

I've been dealing directly with Bruce Chen, who is listed as the Manager of the company. After accepting my payment through MoneyGram he supplied me with a fake EMS Tracking number EE075867531CN and broke off all communication. The website he lists in his profile isn't a real website at all. It is just a false front for a search engine. The URL is owned by an individual in the Czech Republic who is obviously running this scam with someone in China.
How is this fraudulent scam of a company awarded 100 Trust Points? Obviously no one at Trade Key verifies any of the information provided in the profile because it's all fake. Thanks for nothing, I will be sure to tell all my friends in the Import/Export business to stay away from Tradekey.com as you obviously act as a front for fraudulent companies.

i purchased a Nintendo Wii and Wiifit from this person after many comunications and was told that it was genuine and i could get both for a low price to sample the product. i was never sent the wii i only recieved a wiifit. AND IT WAS NOT ORIGINAL WIIFIT ONLY A COPY. All materials in chinese so i cant read it. when i told him that only one came, he said that he will check with the warehouse and find out what happened and it will take a couple of days. i dont think i will hear from him again.
