Opinion for poor quality products

On 4/23/09 I placed an order with taticity, B G Kingna. On 4/25/09 taticity picked up our $110.00usd Western Union payment. After taking our money we were informed that they did not have 2 models we ordered. I explained we could not change the order it was for a customer. I heard nothing for two days then sent an email stating I would start dispute if our order was not filled or our money returned. I was told the order would go out as placed, 2 days late. On 5/5/09 we received our order and two models had still been changed and the cases were not the black leather ones shown. I later noticed 2 cases were printed backwards and upsidedown and 2 glasses had 4 screws on the front of the frame sticking out about 1/8 of an inch. I expressed my displeasure to Kingna and he passed me onto his boss who ignored me. When I said I was entering into dispute he acted as if he knew nothing about the problems, this email was accidentaly deleted. They refuse to send us replacements for the glasses with the screws and misprinted cases and won't even discuss that they were the wrong cases to begin with.

Feedback for Great service, excellent jerseys and footwear

I ordered 9 jerseys (nfl, nba, mlb), 3 affliction t-shirts, 1 sinful t-shirt and 1 pair of women's pumas.
The jerseys were better quality than any other dealer that I have used through tradekey. The pumas were also beautiful. The order was correct (Which I have had problems with other companies on tradekey). All the colours, teams, players, sizes, etc were as ordered.
I paid $300 USD for the entire order. It took 9 days to arrive in Canada, but was held up during a national holiday in customs.
The only issues I have with the order is that I had to use western union which adds about 45 dollars to the cost of a 300 dollar order. Paypal would be much better.
Also, the affliction shirts are not authentic. I haven't found an authentic affliction/sinful t-shirt on tradekey, so they are just as good as anybody else in terms of affliction wear. The shirts are as shown in the pictures found on taticity.com. I knew the quality I was getting when I placed the order (they are still very nice t-shirts for the price).
The folks at Taticity were very helpful and didn't mind when I changed the order 2 times. I was dealing with Hugo and I look forward to completing further purchases from them.

Report for GREAT SERVICE

I was totally satisfied with the complete service of this company. I asked for a price quote and received it within one day. I place my order for close to $500 and within 24 hours of receiving my money transfer my order was sent out and I had it at my door in about 4 days. The total time was a5 days at the max. The products were excellent quality and I will do much businees with them in the future. Hugo was the person I spoke with the most and I was satisfied that the customer service was top notch! Thanks so much!

TATICITY INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED has done a very great job with my order. I was doing my transaction with Hugo he was very quick to respond to every email i sent. The main key I must stress it that it didn't even take a week for my goods to come from China to Florida. Items were paid for on 6/11/08 within 12 hours they were shipped and I was provided with tracking information and an email on every update of my package status. Items were received in perfect condition just as promised on 6/16/08, also the item quality for was in pristine condition and was provided wrapped and tagged. Overall my experience with the company was smooth and I am very happy with the way things turned out and looking to do a lot more business in the future.

i dealt with Hugo from taticity and he was very flexiable and helpful he answered any and all questions i asked. the transaction took around 7days from the time i sent the money off to his company. total transaction was 162.00 usd.the quality of the products were good and i look foward to doing more business in the near future

i was weary of placing an order but i took a chance everything worked out well. Service was excellent thank to Hugo, all my questions were answered promptly and prices are competitive. My shipment came within a week from china to canada. I would reccomend this company to anyone.
