ITEM SENT IS NOT AS ORDERED OR ADVERTISE. ORDERED 8 gb Nokia N95 Quad band black phone. Received 2 band, Dual Simm piece of junk that does not work. No software included, does not slide both directions. NOT THE PHONE ORDERED.
EMAIL FROM BOTH JOHN AND TOMMY OF TT FASION. BOTH AGREED TO SEND THE BLACK, 8GB NOKIA N95.

Critique for FRAUD

I purchased over $,3000 usd in iPhones and I never received my items. I have proof of my payment. The only thing I received was a package with 6 empty boxes.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS JOHN. MY COMPANY IS PREPARING TO INVOLVE LOCAL LAW ENFORECEMENT AGENCIES.

View for fake goods

I ordered 4 Apple Ipod Touch 16GB.
Everything seemed to be going fine. Communication was good, I even have an invoice with the payment details etc.
Transaction was fine.
Delivery was also good.
And then the shock came.
I received instead 4 1GB mp4 players, in apple boxes.
I have been mislead and frauded.
The person that I spoke to and have been dealing with is John, who has now decided to ignore all my communications, and refuses to speak with me.
I have asked for the equipment that I ordered to be sent to me, but it is like talking to a brick wall.
It would seem that their intention was simply to defraud me. Once they had my money, they think that ignoring me will be beneficial.
This is bad business.

Opinion for beware

Their web site and company comments say they have been in business since 2000. I contacted them to place an order. They only take western union and t/t (red flag #1). The shipping difference between ems standard and tnt express was only $15 USD, when the true cost is around $45 difference (red flag #2). I requested references of companies in the US they do business with and the reply was "We are a new company, we hope you will be our first customers in your country." Red flag #3. Email addresses are thru gmail instead of their web site. Red flag #4. If you send money via western union or bank transfer you will probably never see it again, nor will you receive any products, and you won't have any recourse.
