Response for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

As per attached proof of payment, deposit payment of AUD $10,050 was made to SUZHOU REVIVE PRODUCTS in good faith.
However, as per attached communication records, this supplier lied and falsified critical details of the order on a number of occasions. Upon receiving a CSIRO report which confirmed the supplier had lied to me about the fabrication, I requested for them to either 1. correct the material or 2. refund the deposit payment.
Once confronted, the supplier ceased to correspond, which was extremely frustrating, needless to say appalling and very unprofessional.
This supplier is refusing to correct the material and yet they are not refunding the payment made.
From my experience, this business is not at all reliable or trustworthy.
