Observation for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Peter Zhao. Our company have bought 2 x 40 Ft containers of processed chicken paws grade A from Sunshine Group of Commodities in Germany. According to our contract, we had paid 40% for the deposit and 60% for the rest of balance after they sent us Bill of Lading. We should receive hard copies on December 19, 2013, which is today. But we did not. We tried to contact the seller but no one picked up the phone and no one replied the email back to us. We found this seller from www.tradekey.com, so we would like to verify this company is a real registered company or a scam company. This is the address of the company:

The first 40%TT we paid was on December 6 and the second 60% was on December 11.
And the shipment will arrive on December 27, 2013 at Haiphong Port, according to the bill of landing, but we just found out that there is no such shipment company. Thank you for your help. Attached are copies of Proforma Invoice and TT received from the bank.
