Observation for HAVE NOT RECEIVED ITEMS

I sent payment two weeks agao and never received any confirmation that the item has been shipped. Here is the email I rec yesterday:
Hello Sir,
My name is Ashish Jain and i work with Bajrang Internationals as a sales representative. I I doubt this person exsist my payment went to a Price Fawatti, and I never had contact with this person)
Right now Vicky sir is out to Australia for some work and i had a word with him regarding your order details as you had done transaction with sir.
Sir said that you had not e-mailed the complete adress with zip code and phone number thats why the parcel is not yet shipped. (Not true I sent this with my payment, I verified through email)
Sir had e-mail you saying mail us the adress when he had sent an invoice to your paypal id.
Please provide me the complete adress as soon as possible so your package will be shipped tomorrow itself and will beeivered to you in 4 business working days.
Have faith in our company as you will never be scammed or robbed as you are 100% safe while doing business with our company. (Not true have yet to send me the confirmation #)
