i sent seller money through western union for the purchase of an iphone but seller never sent me goods but sent me a bogus tracking number and every other contact made to seller was not replied.

I believe this individual has stolen my money and not produced the item as promised. I have tried on many occasions to get in touch with him this week and have had no reply at all.
