Reaction for Scam deal bad company

I ordered 3 Wii console on 1/9/2008. The person I deal with is Justin Lee. I sent money through Western Union. They received and send me goods with tracking number:
EA959093660CN
The goods I received is one second hand Wii console in Japanese version which is totally wrong with what I ordered (3 brand new Wii consoles in PAL version). I email Justin but they kept silence. I just want to report fraud to Tradekey.

do not trust thiis seller!!!! i send him the money, he cash the check and said that he's account got frozen, that i should put a complain so that i can get my money back, RIP OFF!!!!!

Response for fraudulent supplier

I made two purchases from this company for the Nokia N95 cell phone ($ 250 each usd). The packaging was totally unprofessional, items arrive looking like someone ran over them with their car. Also both phones were missing accessories and they were also defective. after contacting Justin Lee ([email protected]) he agreed to send me new phones. what I received was two empty phone boxes in the mail via ems!! Communication with this company is terrible. company only replies when you are wiring money but when you are attempting to resolve complaints they are hard to reach. View for Didnt get what i asked for

I placed an order for a ORIGINAL APPLE iPHONE and made it quite clear in my order over the internet and on MSN. This seller assured me that is the product that he had. He shipped off goods really fast and i received the phone in 5 days as all promised, but when i received the phone it was CLONE! I cant sell CLONES here and from what i could see how much these phones were going for on ebay, he fully overcharged me and I am going to lose money out of this deal, even if i can some how sell the phone.

I ordered an iphone from Justin which he said cost $290 but will give me a sample order for $200.Received the phone today but i was sent a Nokia N95 imatation phone and does not even work.What can I do about his?
Started communication with him on the 10th of April.

Dear Tradekey
I contacted Justin Lee to purchase 5 Nintendo wiis and 3 Apple Iphone's i paid $2000 through Western union. I received 8 Nokia N95 Fake phones. I contacted Justin who stated his supplier had been at fault. I have asked him several times to re emburse me but he merely say's his supplier has done a bad job.Could you please contact him and settle this matter. I used Tradekey expecting to deal with reputable suppliers.

Observation for Bad experience

I had ordered an 8gb iphone from Slong International, and it took 11 days for me to recieve my item. The item was an imitation n95 and they did not want to resolve. They had scammed me. Attached is a conversation with Justin from trade26.com, and a picture of the reciept and invoice, and a picture of what I had received.

Feedback for Fraud Supplier

I delt with a man named Justin. I sent him 2 Western Unions online and 3 via in person at the store. MTCN numbers are:
934-737-6409 for the ammount of $900.00. Second MTCN # 750-039-5268 for the ammount of: $1,800.00 Third MTCN# 080-744-7918 for the ammount of:1,175.00.
He was suppose to dropship Wii Consoles for my customers instead he has been sending them cameras, cell phones and not one Wii in the order has been shipped. His phone line is always busy day and night. Now he has my money and doesn't respond to my emails. He says "take care of it soon" and that is all I hear from him.
