Petroleum SCO D2 350k
1. Buyer sends LOI/ICPO with Bank details plus BCL (Bank Comfort Letter)
2. Seller Mandate sends to buyer NCNDA IMFPA to fill, sign and seal
3. Seller sends draft contract to buyer for review, signs and seals contract to
confirm with Electronic signature, contracts are to be lodged into bank
respectively
4. Buyer will issue the payment instrument MT 103/23 RDLC and Sellers bank
will send buyers bank confirmation of listed proof of product, and guarantee
delivery of the goods with full bank responsibility.
5. Seller sends hard copy contract, proof of product plus 2% PB.
6. Shipment comiences as agreed in the contract
