Ordered product from Wang at strong signs Digitech. It was a smartcolor ft-1560 fortunelit large format printer. We paid through paypal. they waited over two weeks to ship and took 30 days to get here. Machine showed up not operable and had rust in it. When we got it to print it broke on the first job. the cable attached to the printhead came off the spool, shredded and broke parts in the machine. Wang at Strong Signs digitech stopped communicating with us and refused to refund our money. It is to late to file a claim through paypal because Strong Signs waited so long to ship. You can email for pictures and proof .Bad company . Do not do business with them. my email is [email protected]
