WE CONTACTED FOR MORE THAN 1 MONTH
and I found this supplier in TRADEKEY,
I tried to ask assistance to trade key support several times before I made transaction.

seller communicated with me always. But I have not arrived goods. Koktaktovala him to send me a catalog, otherwise it will give the case tradekey team. He promised that everything is correct. He stopped and goods but do not communicate. I was in the bank and the lady at the counter told me that 250USD without the consent of the account holder can not be returned. What do I do now?

Hi there, Supplier was prompt and friendly initially, once transfer had been made, collection of the money was very fast and then I was supplied with a tracking reference for shipping that was untrackable through australian websites. I have tried to email without response. I ordered Apple iphone 4s 64gb x 2 If you require any further information please let me know. Thanks Kind regards Kerryn

After payment of 300 USD they said that i will get this laptop in 10 days, after 50 days still nothing.
i have all communications mails, tracking number of package, i get also invoice from them and some certificates
i am sending you first of all some things that they were sent to me and with payments
where can i send you all communication documents?
Please informe me if you need some more informations, because i want my money back or this laptop!!

I paid for a HTC Velocity 4G Vodafone that i never received, even where the money transfer was confirmed by the seller.
I with the Money grand Transfer Number 22 79 02 75 $140 plus $6 to make the transfer
So this is fraud an i want my money back y will never by anithing for this seller is not an honest person

I tried to be cautious with this \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"supplier\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" and asked a number of questions. The person \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"Susan\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" was always helpful. She mailed through trade key and also from [email protected]
Having not received anything I am not happy with this \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" or with the fact that they boasted of \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"trade key gold membership\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" as a sign of trustworthiness.

first i met Susan by trade key chat,then we exchange mail,Susan was so nice from the being that why i trust Susan..after a month from a paid the item,then i mail Susan and asked how far is my item,Susan told me it will take 10 days.but after 10 also i have no sign of my item.then from 29/06/12 Susan didn't respond any of my mail,still i have not received the item...Susan is really bad supplier,because of this kind of people the reputation of trade key is lost.. i need the refund from Susan
